A Builder’s Approach
to Better Spaces.
EVO Structures is a residential construction company built around craftsmanship, thoughtful problem solving, and the belief that good work should serve the people who live with it.
Craft learned
from the ground up.
EVO Structures was founded in 2011, but the foundation goes back much further. Owner Derek Randle began working in construction at fourteen, framing custom homes with his father during summer breaks and spending weekends in his uncle’s cabinet shop.
Those early experiences established an appreciation for the things that still define EVO today: work ethic, precision, problem solving, and pride in a finished product that bears the mark of the people who built it.
Technical thinking.
Hands-on leadership.
Alongside decades of residential construction experience, Derek has more than a decade of experience in emergency operations with Bernalillo County Fire & Rescue. That background reinforces the way EVO approaches construction: assess conditions, plan carefully, communicate clearly, manage risk, and take ownership when circumstances change.
It is a combination particularly well suited to projects where craftsmanship and technical complexity have to coexist.
Principles you can see in the work.
Details matter because they are where skill becomes visible.
Thoughtful planning protects people, property, and the integrity of the work.
Clear expectations and straightforward conversations make better projects.
We stay accountable to the problem, the process, and the result.
Good construction should work well, not simply look good.
Materials and methods are considered with years of use in mind.
Built with intention
means something.
It means asking why before deciding how. It means understanding structure as well as finish, respecting materials, coordinating the people doing the work, and making decisions with the completed space in mind.
Whether the project is a new home, a remodel, a structural modification, or an outdoor space, the standard is the same: craft it to last.
Build something
worth living with.
If you’re considering a residential project and value careful work, clear communication, and a builder who stays engaged in the details, we’d like to hear about it.
